You do not need any prior formulation experience to be able to create your desired, luxury and professional grade cosmetic product using our signature Physicians Recipe Boxes. A recipe card is included in each box to guide you through every stage of formulation. All you need do, is follow the recipe guidelines or the step-by-step video on our site/app. The process is simple and mostly involves mixing and pouring. Do not panic! If you can make coffee, you'll ace this!

You may also contact us using our online chat app or "Contact us" to submit specific questions. ​Recipe Boxes and Ingredients All ingredients contained in our recipe boxes are in their natural or manufactured forms. To learn more about ingredient safety, check out Ingredient Safety or Beautypedia. Recipe cards are included in each box to aid you in the formulation process. Lost your recipe card? No problem! Simply download a virtual recipe card from your selected product page or follow the step by step video to formulate. All our Ingredients are in the standardized concentration required for formulation. You do not need to measure or re-weigh. Simply use all included ingredients in formulating your desired product. To choose your preferred ingredients, please go to Custom Cosmetics. All ingredients contained in our recipe boxes are in their natural or manufactured forms. Please use included recipe cards/website resource on each product page to create your product. Ingredients are pre-weighed and standardized and should be used completely in formulation. There is no need to re-measure or split included ingredients. To choose your own specific ingredients, please go to Personalize.

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of purchase (unless otherwise stated) At this time, Physicians Recipe products are only available for shipping within the U.S, Canada, and Europe. We hope to add more destinations in the near future. Most orders will be delivered within 3-5 days the United States, and 5-7 days internationally. Please contact "customercare@physicianrecipe.com" for any rush orders that require shipping within 24-hour of ordering. ​SHIPPING IS FREE FOR ALL ORDERS WITH NO MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS! At this time, all orders shipped out and will be delivered via USPS or UPS Ground shipping. To schedule pick up by your carrier of choice, please send a request email, including your order number and date of purchase to "shipping@physiciansrecipe.com" within 12hours of placing an order. While carrier pick up is not guaranteed, we will do our best honor all requests. CANCELLATION You may cancel your order at anytime prior to shipping. After your box is shipped out, any cancelation will be processed as a return, with full credit issued as long as boxes are unopened prior to return. Please contact customer service for questions. You may initiate returns within your account.

Custom Skincare is an optional offering for you to choose your own preferred ingredients to make up your Recipe box. All ingredients will be added using our standardized measurements/concentration. Only use this option if you're comfortable with your knowledge of individual cosmetic agents or you're already versed in formulation science.
